All subsections of "Civil Rights and Equal Rights" from 2004 platform shall become stand-alone sections.

Move Education and Arts sections from Chapter 2 "Social Justice" to Chapter 1 "Democracy."

Move Media Reform section from Chapter 2 "Social Justice" to Chapter 1 "Democracy."
