In turn the fundraising expenses budgeted for in FY2011-12 correspond to the efforts necessary to reach those income projections. They also include Customer Relationship Management contact database software which is necessary to handle the increased volume of contacts that will accompany increased fundraising. This cost is reflected in Tier II ($4,600) and includes $1,000 to set up and $300/month thereafter. </ins></div></td></tr>
