If the focus is to be on State-wide office, then should GPCA focus on MOST "winnable seats"?

Jenni Woodward (SF): YES! Focus on local and state most winnable offices. Create an on-going candidates training program for these. Also recruit Green candidates, perhaps train them as we are able, for appointments to local, state and national agencies.
