9. Create a program to train workers for the new, clean energy economy. Prioritize the creation of green jobs in communities of color and poor communities.
I don't know that I like the term poor communities. I am trying to find another word. Green for all does not use the word poor. http://www.greenforall.org/about-us They do talk about the most vulnerable and ""building an inclusive green economy strong enough to lift people out of poverty." I will keep looking until I find a better way of saying it.
