In Election Reform, # 6 was added:

6. Challenges to a citizen's "right to vote" must contain the identifying information of the Challenger. A citizen whose right to vote is challenged wrongfully can pursue civil charges. A Challenger who is found guilty of a multitude of wrongful challenges can be charged, and proper punishments for this crime shall be explored.

[Anyone can go in and challenge a person's right to vote. The Voter doesn't discover this until election day when they are refused the right to vote. I understand that the name of the challenger is not available for recourse, and it should be. Otherwise, a person doesn't have "a right to confront their accuser."]
