In the section on: Electoral reform for a better democracy, I see a problem.
5. Eliminate all ballot access laws and rules that discriminate against smaller parties and independents, and otherwise place undue burden on the right of citizens to run for office.
I see some problems with this, in that if this is the Federal Government telling States how to run elections for State races, then States Rights Advocates are going to get up in arms.
